• fixed incorrectly set cache-control header that resulted in data being cached twice as long as it should have been
• bug fix in backend
• added alarm if data not being published within 15 minutes (aliveordead)
• changed timestamp format in download_csv link from unix to iso8601
• mouse cursor changes to pointer in main table on front page to indicate you can click on it to view a chart
