Delta values with previous settlement dates and run datetime in table view

In table view, user can now choose to see deltas between settlement dates and previous run datetime. The values are color coded (green to show increase and red to show decrease). Run datetime deltas appear as super script on right side and Settlement dates delta appear as subscript on life side of each cell.

This feature complements the recently added feature in chart view to show up to run datetimes in a chart.

Sort generation groups by alphabetically, capacity, portfolios or fuel type

Region data (Availability, Net export, Total Demand, Scheduled Generation, Non & Semi Generation) in table and charts

Sparklines for predispatch data

Ability to navigate to chart view directly from main menu
