Step-by-step guide

Once you are on the login screen, follow the steps below:

Depending on how you use DAEG you will be asked to enter your user credentials from as often as every ten days (depending on access frequency and session duration).  To open DAEG in one click it is easiest to let your web browser remember your username and password.  Note that we use the global authorisation service, Auth0, to provide secure access to our services.  

If you do forget your password follow these steps.

1. When asked to enter your password click "don't remember your password?"

3. Enter your email address (it should automatically be filled in) and click send email.

5. You'll need to open the email that is then sent to you.  Then in the email make sure you click on "confirm the password change click here".  
6. A new window will open, choose a new password and enter it twice.  Then click the arrow.

8. Then log on as normal and you should be in!
9. Your account is generic therefore you will land in the apps page.  Click on the links to go to the application you wish to access or type the URL directly into your web-browser, for example daeg.com.au , waeg.com.au or fcaspays.com.au
