Summary

This page describes how to,

  1. add a new user or,

  2. view or edit an existing user or,

  3. make an existing user “inactive”.


Add a New User

Click “Add new user” button to add a new user.

Add a new user via the User page under Settings
  1. Select “User Type” MANUAL

  2. Choose and enter a “User Display Name”. This may be anything but we recommend you choose the users full name for easy identification.

  3. Select a Role. For most people (traders etc) the role RegularUserRole should be chosen. For higher privileges best discuss with pdView to ensure correct access level is chosen.

  4. Enter “External User Id”. This must be the users main corporate email address.

  5. Click “Save Changes”

View or edit an existing user

To open an existing user, click on the hyperlink in the column “Last modified at”

Then edit and click save changes.


Make an existing user “inactive”
