Templates Page is where you create and store pre-canned bid sets for whatever purpose and market scenario you might imagine. A Template Set may have one or many bids.

For expedient manual bidding you may also Switch Submit Mode and Submit a Template from a selected template within the Template Page.

Adding a template

Tip

  • Type in a name for your template

  • Select a settlement to inspect the Submitted Sets for this day.

  • Click on a Bid Set to view in more detail and access the individual bids.

Info

Submitted Bid Sets only include Bids submitted from the Autobidder application. They include both Algo and Manual bids. Bids submitted by third party systems are not visible here.

Viewing Submission Bid Set Content

You also access the latest Submitted Set via the Offer page. However you can only view earlier Submitted Bid sets here. Viewing a bid set is otherwise the same as viewing a set from the Offer Page.

Submission Progress shows each stage of the bid submission process and the finish time.

Tip

  • Click on the bid in a submission set to view the submitted bid

  • If a stage in the Submission Process fails, click ‘logs’ to inspect the reason

  • Type in a description for your template (optional)

  • Select whether the template should be visible to you (personal) or visible to everybody (team)

  • Click save changes

  • Select the units and services you wish to include bids for your template

  • Click Load into templates to populate your template with bids for the selected units and services

    • Select the date of the source,

    • If the selected source is a template select a template from the drop down list

  • Click Save Changes after you,

    • edit a bid within a bid template or,

  • Click Delete Template Set to delete the Template
