These exceptions aims to address where there is a trade-off with the energy service. That is to say where being enabled FCAS would result in a change in energy target. In this situation (which must be inferred) the BERRP aims to reflect the value impact caused by the change in energy target.

Note

pdBidr calculates both BERRP for OV and BERRP for NOV. Most of the time BERRP(OV) = BERRP(NOV). Note that pdBidr only publishes BERRP(OV) in the history pages.
