The algorithms in the Autobidder are always running. When new Algo bids are reformulated the Autobidder checks that all of the following are true before submitting:
that the last manual acknowledged bid is the source of the physical components of the Algo bid,
that there is a difference between the Algo bid and the last Acknowledged bid, and
that the submit mode is ON.
