Description
The Home Page is a dashboard that shows the current Submit Mode of the Autobidder and the current Acknowledged bids from AEMO.

The algorithms in the Autobidder are always running. When new Algo bids are reformulated the Autobidder checks that all of the following are true before submitting:
that the last manual bid is the source of the physical components of the Algo bid,
that there is a difference between the Algo bid and the last Acknowledged bid, and
that the submit mode is ON.
If any of the above is not true then the Algo bid is not submitted. Either way the optimisation cycle begins anew.
