- Changes to chart display:
- If there is no forecast generation data for a group during some intervals then a light red pane appears behind those intervals
- Vertical dashed line on chart to mark midnight
- Price axis becomes logarithmic if all prices are greater than $1 and (maxPrice-minPrice)>$990
- Generation axis has a minimum range of 100MW
- Add warning to page for browsers that don't support HTML5 (e.g. IE8)
